Our Core Values

Community 

Astor Students are expected to contribute positively to the school community.  This is done by arriving at school and class on time each day ready to learn and help others in the classroom.  Students are expected to do a minimum of 100 hours of community service.  

 

Consistency  

Astor Students are expected to  be positive community members every day and in every class.

 

Perseverance 

Astor Students will never give up.  They will challenge themselves in the courses they take throughout all 4 years and always strive to exceed expectations.

 

Independence  

Astor Students are expected to be self-advocates and seek out opportunities to go above and beyond expectations.

 

Integrity  

Astor Students are expected to be honest, sincere, trustworthy, and kind inside and outside the classroom.  Students will respect each other, themselves, and the school community at all times.
